Training
Music
We have worked with young people for over 2 decades arming them with skills for the music industry. Our participants have produced tracks that have charted in the top 10.

At XSE Academy our video projects are lead by young people with support from us. We have delivered accredited training programmes, made music videos, documentaries, vox pops interviews and more.
Now she’s gone is a result of a combined music production and video project with young people during the summer holidays.
Broadcast
Our broadcast training programmes have seen presenter’s go from trainees to hosting shows on Kiss, BBC radio 2 and Tipple J in Australia. We also work with young people giving them a voice. Our SEN broadcast projects work with young people with complex needs.
